What is an anime trap?
An anime trap is when a character appears to be a female, however, later on you realize that she is in fact a he. Therefore, it is an anime trap and all of the anime lovers who have claimed him/her as a waifu are heartbroken. Another way to think of an anime trap is to think of crossdressers.

The majority of the characters listed upon surprised me when I found out they were a different gender than what I thought they were. I happen to love it when an anime throws in an unsuspected plot twist. and these anime traps happen to be the most common. Have you ever watched an anime where there was an anime trap? Another one is Hiromi in Erased. Legit thought he was a female until the last few eps. I felt so betrayed TBH. HAHAHAAHA!

My gosh, Hiromi. That always confused me while watching Boku Dake Ga Inai Machi. I swear, I think people are just trying to screw with us.
Tooru from Tokyo ghoul re? I don’t know if she appears in the anime, but in the manga there was a lot of contention regarding her gender. And honestly, it was so difficult to decide!
Your Title says “He is actually a She ” I don’t know all the characters here but Nagisa and Nagihiko suited title would be “She is Actually a He”
